Consumers will now receive the above emails with two new buttons in the emails, each button appearing near the email footer, and permitting the Consumer to; “Reschedule your booking” “Cancel your booking” When the consumer (your customer) clicks the button, they will be brought to a web page. To Reschedule a booking, date and times will be presented, with live availabilities (if configured), where the consumer can select a new date and time as well as a note which will be added to the Booking. Upon completion, the consumer (your customer), the operator (you), and your assigned service providers, will receive an email indicating the booking has been rescheduled. To Cancel a booking, the consumer (your customer) will be asked to confirm the cancelation of the booking and can provide a note which will be added to the booking. Upon cancellation, the consumer (your customer), the operator (you), your assigned service providers, will receive an email indicating the booking has been cancelled.
